The City of Carlsbad is
a unique coastal community located 35 miles north of the City of San Diego
surrounded by mountains, lagoons and the Pacific Ocean. "LEGOLAND"
is just a few miles from our beach cottage. Everything San Diego has to
offer, including the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Seaworld, and Petco
Park, is just a short freeway drive away.
Carlsbad is an upscale town with a quaint "Village" area loaded
with shops and restaurants, all within walking distance of the beach
cottage. Carlsbad offers a more 'mature' environment that the older San
Diego beach towns (Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, etc.) and is much better suited
to quiet, fun-filled family getaways and vacations. Carlsbad is NOT the
place for wild college parties and loud, rowdy bars.
If you desire a family vacation in a lovely beach house 1/2 block from the sand
and just a few blocks to tons of restaurants and shops, then Suder's Beach
Cottage is the way to go!
Besides the obvious beach and water recreation, there are many nearby
attractions. The close proximity of this cottage to the Village area of
Carlsbad allows guests to walk to dozens of restaurants, pubs, and shops all
within a few blocks of the cottage! Walk to dinner, then take a stroll
along the beach.

This cottage has three bedrooms which can accommodate 2 people each for a
total of six people.
Summer rate is $1995 per week (Sat-Sat) or $475 per weekend night with a two
night minimum.
Weekday rate (Sun-Thur) is $375 per night (two night minimum).
Between October 1 and April 30, the rate is $1250 per week or $2495 per month.
Cleaning charge is $175 per visit, linens and towels provided.
